At Lake Norman Gymnastics Academy, we believe every gymnast deserves a strong foundation. Our beginner program is designed to help athletes build confidence, strength, coordination, and fundamental gymnastics skills in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment.

Registration Information

• Annual registration fee: $45 per athlete
• Additional siblings: $40 each
• Family registration fee cap: $100
• First month's tuition and registration fee are due upon enrollment
• Classes are 55 minutes long, unless otherwise noted

Our Program

Lake Norman Gymnastics Academy follows the developmental guidelines established by USA Gymnastics. Athletes receive instruction on all four Olympic events:

• Vault
• Uneven bars
• Balance beam
• Floor exercise

Our curriculum emphasizes proper technique, strength, flexibility, and safe skill progressions. Advancement through our program is based on individual skill mastery and instructor evaluations to ensure each gymnast is prepared for the next level.

Parents are always welcome to watch their athlete learn and grow from our observation area.

Jr. Level 1 Gymnastics

Class Details

• Ages: 4–7 years
• Tuition: $92 per month

Perfect for athletes with little or no previous gymnastics experience, Jr. Level 1 introduces the fundamentals of all four Olympic events while focusing on two events each week.

Athletes Will

• Build strength and flexibility
• Learn proper body positions and technique
• Develop coordination and confidence
• Master foundational gymnastics skills through safe progressions

Gymnasts must demonstrate proficiency in the Jr. Level 1 curriculum before advancing to the next level.

Level 1 Gymnastics

• Ages: 5 and up 
• Class length: 55-minute class
• Tuition: $92 per month
