Applicants must be willing to work as part of a coaching team within our well-established program.  Must possess USAG membership and Safety Certification or obtain both upon acceptance of position.

Flexible Positions are available Monday thru Friday; from 3:30-8:30; occassional Saturday hours. Pay based on experience. Only highly motivated and enthusiastic team players that want to make a positive difference with kids need apply.

Ideal candidates will have:
Up-to-date working knowledge of current technique necessary to train girls pre-team, compulsory and early optional levels.
A positive/progressive teaching style capable of motivating and inspiring growth and development.
A desire to grow with the program
The ability to travel with the Team

 Basic Functions are:
- Assist Head Coach in management and administration of program. Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating and recruiting quality gymnasts
- Coordinating recruiting activities with Head Coach
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of USAG rules and policies
- Assist Head Coach with coaching responsibilities
- Monitor gymnasts to ensure adherence to rules and policies as stated in team handbook
- Assume responsibilities in absence of Head Coach
