Must posses great communication and leadership skills, positive instructing style, strong background with basics and proper technique, a commitment to excellence, passion and be committed to the students and the program.

Looking for knowledgeable and enthusiastic individual to assist with all aspects of our Team program. Ideal candidates will have:
Up-to-date working knowledge of current technique necessary to train girls pre-team, compulsory and early optional levels.
A positive/progressive teaching style capable of motivating and inspiring growth and development.
A desire to grow with the program
The ability to travel with the Team
Basic Functions are:
- Assist Head Coach in management and administration of program. Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating and recruiting quality gymnasts
- Coordinating recruiting activities with Head Coach
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of USAG rules and policies
- Assist Head Coach with coaching responsibilities
- Monitor gymnasts to ensure adherence to rules and policies as stated in team handbook
- Assume responsibilities in absence of Head Coach

Requirements:

• High School Graduate
• Extensive gymnastics experience is required;
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• USAG Safety Certification required upon acceptance of position
• USAG Professional Membership required upon acceptance of position
